Handled Abroad es la llamada en español del viajero que habla inglés — en México. No pueden o no quieren marcar. Nosotros sí. Farmacia, hotel, taller, restaurante, oficio: si un teléfono lo resuelve, es un mandado.
Lo que ganas
- Llamadas en español. Clientes que no te encontrarían solos. Ellos se quedan en inglés. Tú contestas como siempre.
- Dos socios por giro y ciudad. Preferencia entre quienes sí pueden ayudar. Pagar es el desempate, no el único listado.
- Los mismos dos lugares, muchos mandados. Hoy el bloqueador; la semana que entra, el ibuprofeno. Te volvemos a marcar a ti.
Lo que no haces
- Inglés en el mostrador: no. Hablamos con tu equipo en español.
- App: no. Suena el teléfono que ya tienes.
- Cobro por llamada: no. Una factura al mes, en pesos MXN.

Handled Abroad is the English-speaking traveler’s phone call in Spanish — in Mexico. They can’t or won’t dial. We will. Pharmacy, hotel, mechanic, restaurant, trades: if a phone call can settle it, it’s an errand.
What you get
- Calls in Spanish. Customers you would miss. They stay in English. Your counter answers as it does today.
- Two partners per category per city. Preference among shops that can actually help. Paid placement is a tie-breaker, not the only listing.
- Same two seats, many errands. Sunscreen today; ibuprofen next week. We keep calling you — not a new random shop each time.
What you don’t do
- No English staff. We speak to your team in Spanish.
- No app. The phone you already have rings.
- No per-call fee. One monthly invoice, in MXN.
